Swim
Swimming is a highly technical sport, meaning, you don’t get better by just swimming longer distances. With multiple techniques and small-motor movements required to have a smooth, powerful swim stroke, it is important to have a detailed strategy for improving your form.
During the 365-day triathlon training program, we will give you detailed instruction on how to improve your stroke. Don’t worry, we won’t overload you. We have built out a program that optimizes your learning ability. With dozens of drills, strength sessions, and skill-centered workouts, you will find that swimming becomes both fun and natural.
Bike
Cycling plays a unique role in the sport of triathlon. Developing the appropriate strength, speed, and strategy for a triathlon are essential for setting you up for a stellar run. Without one of these core components, your run will be less than enjoyable (e.g. painful, miserable, awful,…)!
During this program, we take the guesswork out of your cycling. Not only do we go over the essential foundations of cycling form, but we also teach you how to build the base strength and top-end speed that will set you up for a great run.
Run
Running is the last event of a triathlon, meaning, this is often considered the most critical event. If you want to finish well (or strong), then having proper form, strength, and speed will give you the finish you want.
During this program, we will teach Factor3 for all events, especially running. Factor3 simply states that speed is a combination of form, strength, and consistency. That is why we have dedicated dozens of videos to teaching you proper form, drills, and strength workouts so you are less prone to injuries and actually enjoy running.
Let’s face it. Running can be boring. That’s often because people do the same 2 or 3 runs over and over as often as they can. Fear not. During our 365-day triathlon program, you will rarely see the same run twice. Our goal is that you not only run fast but that you enjoy running too!
